Can I join with no yoga experience?+
Absolutely. The class is designed for every level, with easy options for each movement.
Should I bring my own yoga mat?+
No. We provide mats and everything you need. Just bring comfortable clothes and clean socks.
How long is the class and what happens?+
The class lasts 50 minutes. We begin with gentle yoga while the puppies are in the room, followed by time to play, cuddle and take photos.
Can children join?+
Yes, from age 8. Children aged 8–15 must attend with an adult. From age 16, guests may attend independently.
Where do the puppies come from?+
The puppies come from verified breeders and shelters. They are healthy and vaccinated, and are always free to play, rest or opt out of contact.
Can I bring my own dog?+
No. To protect the puppies' health and safety, animals from outside the group cannot join the class.
